Once again I turn to my fellow H.H. for opinions and help. I'm ready to move up from my T3i which I will keep for back up. Have checked reviews on B+H, Adorama as well as utube, and they're all great cameras? I'd like to hear from your experiences and thoughts. Cameras I looked at are 60d, 70d, 6d and 7d. I shoot birds, wildlife, landscape, sports, macro and general family stuff. Lens I have in efs 18-55, 55-250, and 10-22, ef lens 50 1.8, 100 2.8 macro, 400 5.6, sigma 70-200 2.8 dg and 150-500 5-6.3 dg. Looking forward to your responses and thank you in advance.

All of those cameras would be a suitable upgrade, pick one that best suits your budget...don't over look refurbished cameras, you can save money for lens.

You'll see an IQ uptick with the 70D or 7d, for sure. The greater uptick will be to the full-frame 6D. It is really nice and easy to use, produces beautiful pics, and is relatively small and light. You could sell/trade off your EF-s lenses and put the excellent 24-105f4L on it. That would be a serious step in the right direction!

I would narrow the choice to either the 70D or 6D. I own both and both are excellent cameras. They are also Canon's 2 newest cameras. It's just my personal preference, but I feel if I am going to upgrade I am going to go for the newest version that fits my needs. The 60D is a fine camera but it has been replaced by the 70D. The 7D has been around for quite a while and the rumors are that a newer version is in the works. I would hate to buy one and have it announced a week later that a newer version will be releasd in a month, but that's just me. I upgraded from a T3i to a 70D last year and it was a very satisfying upgrade but when I added the 6D not long ago it made me wish I had skipped the 70D. The 6D has received some negative reviews regarding focus speed, and the 70D does have it beat in that regard, but using center point focus as I normally do I have had no issues. Ken Rockwell at:
http://www.kenrockwell.com provides a lot of info about both cameras, as well as the 60D and 7D. If you have the budget for it I recommend the 6D, along with the EF24-105mm f/4 L lens.

So far, you have two votes for the 6D + 24-105 f4L. LFingar and I like spending your money!
It is money well-spent.

How badly do you want to upgrade right now? I believe the rumors are that the 7D Mark II is on the way, and it would be a strong option. Otherwise, the 6D or the 70D are the ones to consider, depending a lot on your budget for both the camera and some new lenses, as has been suggested.

I own the 60d, and love it. A buddy of mine just got the 70d and he is very pleased. I think both would serve you well

I have basically the same lenses and shoot primarily sports and wildlife and occasionally family stuff but use a different camera for that (full frame 5d mark iii) but use the 7D 90 percent of the time. 18 focus points and 8 frames per second, you miss much.

I have the 60D and the 6D with some nice Canon L glass and the Tamron 150-600--I have used the 60D the most and just breaking in the 6D--the 24-105 with the 6D is looking pretty awesome!

Canon is currently enforcing manufacturer pricing, which means that the great deals offered by many retailers are gone, at least for the time being. When I bought my 6D with the EF24-105mm f/4 L lens the combined price at B&H was $1999. Right now the same combo is $2499. Still not a bad deal but if you are not in a big hurry to upgrade you may want to take your time and see if better deals come along. It will also give you more time to research.
Here are 2 topics I posted showing the difference between cropped sensor and full frame, as well as the low light capability of the 6D:

The field of view difference is a bit of a non-issue for you, since you already have the Canon 10-22mm lens.
