We need to register knifes. Anyone who owns a knife should have to register them and undergo training in proper use of them.

Assault knifes should be outlawed no one needs an assault knife.
All knife shows need to be strictly regulated.

If it had been an assault gun, there would have been a heck of a lot more deaths, believe me!! Big difference between a knife and an assault rifle. I would rather have the chance to run from a person with a knife then a person shooting off rounds of bullets!! Yes, the U.S. needs stricter gun laws...it is not the Wild West anymore down there! Hey, just my opinion....

there was one school shooting where a vice principle had a gun in his car and stopped the shooter with minimal loss of life. But not too many people know about that one because a gun stopped it
and the guy who shot up that theatre in Co. went past several others and chose the one with the no guns allowed sign

sorry have to disagree that poster does have a right to have an opinion what he does not have is the right to force everyone else to conform to his views, at least that is the way it is supposed to be and used to be when politicians actually read the constitution and honored their oaths to support and defend it.

Yeah, maybe, but he is not an American, just like Piers Morgan.
Show me an American who tells Canadians how to run their country and I'll tell him the same thing.

Obama might do that when he expands our borders

Actually...I am an American...I was born in Rutland, Vermont!! Hmmmm, guess that throws that assumption in the trash. Secondly...I moved to Toronto, Ontario almost 6 years ago...I am not a "he", I am a "she"...another assumption shot to Hell. Thirdly, I voted for Obama as a U.S. citizen living in Canada... So, I am making the assumption that NONE of you have lost a loved one to gun violence. Guess none of you had any children in that shooting in Newtown, CT. Oh, yeah, and by the way...I lived in Connecticut for almost 25 years!!! Wow, see what happens when people make assumptions....??!!

Well lets figure it out. You moved to another country so that must be where you want to be so change things there. I live within 25 miles of Newtown have friends who live in Sandy Hook and that had children in that school. I will tell you the same thing I have told them. Because they had a mentally handicapped child living in their community who should have been institutionalized and wasn't. (and incidentally who's father said he should never have been born) Is no reason for me to be persecuted or punished and give up my rights for a bunch of tree hugging, socialist, robotic, NWO, libtard want to fix the world freaks. Also for your information the wild west is just starting its rebound down here where you incidentally grew up safe and sound. And how many in your personal immediate family have you lost to gun violence ? Which children who's memory you want to use to advance your socialist control agenda did you personally know and spend time with ? Are you just jumping on the band wagon and using the tragedies of others to further your liberal cause? What war have you fought in to earn the rights you want to claim from another country ? None ? It would be my guess you got them by proxy so you place as much value on them as your beloved Obama who never gave up squat for his either but never hesitated to sacrifice someone else's blood or child for the agenda of the party. And since today here in the wild wild west we need kitchen knife control too. Better outlaw cars, hospitals, wars, and peanuts too while you're at it. People die from peanuts to. You know that right ? One last thing. You are paying American income tax, and signing up for Obama care correct ? Or do you just pick and choose what you want to be part of or have a say in ?

I thought you were a woman when I read your post, your ideas are very similar to mine. People on here, I've found, often ask questions that are none of their business. A hint, ignore R. Graybeal, he's disgustingly mean.
