Do you have any plans on moving to full frame? If so don't get the EF-s lenses.
Would you rather have extreme wide or medium long?

I don't think 15mm and 18mm are significantly different (24mm vs 28mm FF equivalent).
I understand wanting something smaller, and a good bridge camera fits that very well. While it's nice to have a bit of everything, I think I prefer being "a master of some" to a "jack of all trades".

Since you are looking for significantly better image quality I think #3 is off the list. The most interesting is #5, as a f/1.8 zoom, though it is a "normal zoom", which I find somewhat boring. I have not seen reviews of #2, but if it matches the reviews of #5 and the other Art-series lenses, it might have the best IQ of the set.
What focal length range of the 18-135mm do you use most, the wide (18mm), middle (25-50mm), or telephoto (70mm+)? That would help you decide between #1/2 or #4/5.

I Disagree with your point regarding #3. The 15-85 produces EXCELLENT IQ on the crop bodies.

Gee, I'm all over the 18 - 135 range, just depends what I'm photographing at the time. I have been looking seriously at #2 due to the ratings on the dxomark site.

The Sigma 24-105mm f/4 only does slightly better than the others (scores 16 on the 70D). It's the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 which really stands out (27!). Your 18-135mm is with the rest of the pack at 13. I don't think DxOMark score differences less than 4 are very significant, but 13 vs 27 is.
