LOL....LOL.....You are so funny.

Your comparison is funny as well.

To say that Obama is doing nothing is ludicrous.

You don't like what he's doing, I get that, but I don't hear you coming up with anything else that is the least bit constructive. Starting military action against Russia is NOT constructive.

SO what else you got?

He could,uhh...like maybe increase the "rig count", or something along those lines!

You'll have to explain "rig count".

What is the one major trump card that Vlad (the invader) has over the EU?? I know you probably know it. Take away his ability to turn off the gas spigot to the EU, and send a very strong message to OPEC, as well, and things could be different.

So, the answer is for the US to become the world supplier of natural gas?

Why didn't I think of that?

No, I don't think we have to supply the whole world with LPG. What we should have is the ability to cut into Russia's production to the point that they know we have the ability to affect their supply, and therefore their profit margins.Wouldn't it be nice to have that arrow in our quiver?
15 years ago folks said that opening ANWAR wasn't feasible because it would take ten years to see an impact from it. Where would we be today had it been developed, or possibly the same to be said of the Keystone pipeline project?

You are a breath of fresh air. Common sense and a sense of geo-politics and economics. We have several here with that awareness (I'm not one of them, just a wannabe). Hang in there. I hope you can take a punch.

I agree with you pal, but I think she is the type to duck the punch and deliver one before her opponent recoils.
