This is the first Pilgrim cemetery in Plymouth. It's one of those special places I photograph different times of the year. I submitted a few pictures last summer. Here are a few of my winter shots.

Great shots, John. An interesting place to visit, especially if you love history.

Incidentally, I live about three miles from there. Give me a buzz next time you come through, perhaps we can have a get-together!

I just looked at them again, John, and the branch of dead leaves in front of "Mother"s grave stone is incredible! Quite a message it gives!

Thank you so much, Sue. I'm glad you liked them. A few of my friends wonder why I go back to the same places so often. Every time I go back, there are always some little nuances that are different like the branch you noticed.

When I was younger, I kept looking for new places to take pictures. As I've grown older, I've come to appreciate all the wonderful things you can find to photograph relatively close to home. Thanks again for stopping by.

Excellent set John . This Winter in Plymouth is probably similar to what the Pilgrims experienced in their time.
