That makes THREE of us. Obviously that poster was ill-informed.

Insulted as I am, I still forgive him.

Totally agree. RM appears to be a fairly bright women who could actually contribute some meaningful reporting if she were capable of overcoming her biases. I find most of her rants difficult to deal with.

Speaking of rants, have you ever watched Sean Hannity ?

It has a liberal bias; I have a liberal bias. Fine with me.

They tend to bust Republicans, which is fine with me. I should hope they would attack them more. There is no hope for this country until the Republican party has evolved to something radically different than what it is now.

Still, the honesty of MSNBC is Greatly superior to Fox news, which is an irresponsible disaster.

No thinking person pays the slightest attention to Fox News! Period.

If any Fox viewer cares to respond, watch Rachel, then report what she got wrong.

I'm waiting to see if anyone has any Responsible criticism [though I know, no one will bother].

I NEVER watch news on any platform except MSNBC, and I'm satisfied.

Live with it.

It's your TV -- I will never tell you what to watch.

However, it might be enlightening to some of us that there may be some slight socially redeeming value in your existence since you said you watch MSNBC "without fail". I'm satisfied that you're satisfied.

Does that mean you don't watch CNN ?

Lincoln did not practice extremism. The Confederacy revolted against the government and the government defended itself. That is not extremism.

Boy are you misguided. Have you ever taken a serious course in American History?

Just 2 examples in support of Mr Berry Goldwater's statement. Would love to here an example or 2 support your statement.

It would be fair to say that those with a conservative bent would say the same about never watching MSNBC. Same rationale. As far as honesty goes, the jury is still out on that IMHO. I wouldn't go so far as to say that Rachel got something wrong; it's more like she didn't (doesn't) address the entire story. She tosses the grenade and then heads for cover.

I concede that the libs will say that Fox tosses the same grenade. No need to comment on that observation. For comparison purposes I frequently watch the "news" coverage on selected topics and it's astounding how very different the story line is between liberal and conservative reports.

Can you give an example of her tossing a grenade then running for cover?

She spent the entire hour last night, talking about two governors--Christie and McConnell. Doesn't sound like running for cover.

However, I would be interested in your pointing out an example of her running for cover.

She regularly pleads for repubs to come on the show, and treats those who do respectably.

I would like you to give me an example.

I hope you never run out of whatever you're smoking-- you would be in for a shocking wake-up without equal. You neglect to note that Fox news has now secured the top ratings in viewership, and enjoys more credibility than any other domestic national news organization. While there may well be a bias (name one national US news source that doesn't) they at least allow viewpoints from various political perspectives, and they openly promote dialogue, discussion and debate-- unlike their counterparts. You obviously don't watch Fox-- perhaps you should start-- you might actually learn something. Meantime, look for some Listerine for your brain-- it is in serious need of a good flush.

Apparently you don't watch Fox News-- they regularly feature well placed spokespersons with opposing views and provide ample opportunities for them to express and discuss their viewpoints and opinions, as well as lively discussions and debates. It's just not quite the same with MSNBC, et all, on the other side of the issue. One need only to tune into the NBC evening news- much less ABC- to see how one-sided "news" can be. And then there's Rachel Maddow.... need I say more?

I agree 100%!!

Yes, there is a way. Think first and don't be swayed by rhetoricÂ….Think about what you want in our government and then VOTE accordingly. Believe me, there is still hope for the U.S.A. if only we can get rid of the "bleeding heart liberalsÂ…."

Firstly, nice to see that you don't hesitate to go to name calling, hate to see anyone who is overly tolerant or patient.

Secondly, surely we can all agree that war, blood and guts, killing and maiming, is by definition extremism. And, as Mr Lincolm so articulately stated in his justification of The Emancipation Proclamation, he, the Federal Government, and the entire Union Military was acting in defense of liberty.

Thirdly, and most likely most futilely, I get accused of being nasty, but the liberals' habit of attempted intimidation by name calling is getting old. Hell, you all are not even creative in your efforts. I am neither illiterate, racist, or intimated by your inability to hold an civilized discussion. Rather, I am disappointed, and empathetic for you. Your lack of ability and emotional responses weaken that wonderful gift of debate, that was so wonderfully written into our Constitution by our founding fathers.

Let us all promise to strive to use and enjoy our freedom of speech in a civilized and respectful manner.

Can you document that Fox "enjoys more credibility than any other domestic national news organization?"

I know they make a lot of money, and a lot of people watch them. But I have never heard them accused of "credibility."

I remember instances where 4 or 5 Republican Senators got caught with their flies open and Fox got around it by calling them Democrats--some credibility!

Enjoy your propaganda.

Dear Turdbottom, or whatever your name and claim to fame is, this was widely reported by several media in just the past few weeks. Do your own research; after all, you don't want to believe anything anyone else says, anyway.
