Thanks Randy for this thread! Fun looking back through your own pictures and dreaming about the days they were taken. And I bet not to many will be surprised with mine.:):) We had a wonderful day carving pumpkins and the weather was perfect. Family means a lot to me. Janny a wonderful wife, Tim and Michelle for giving me Harrison and raising him perfectly. And my youngest son Jason for being Jason and successful, and turning into a very nice young man! God gave me a lot, and I am very thankful!!!

Thank you Tree,1 can take ordinary household items and use them for creative photography, let your mind run wild for the possiblitys are endless .

This one may not be my best shot of 2013, but among the top ten. It was shot with my old D70s and 55-200mm kit lens. All I had with me at the time. Raw picture was processed in Raw Therapee, saved as a tif file and finished in Paintshop Pro X6 Ultimate. The two pictures came from the same raw photo of Superstition Mountain in Apache Junction, AZ, just processed a little differently. I am not sure which one I like the best. There are a lot of great pictures on this thread already. Thanks for sharing. Happy New Year to all the wonderful folks on UHH and have a GREAT DAY!
