Just got back from Costco with PSE 12. So far I have purchased PSE 2, 5, 6, 8, 11 and now 12. I wish Adobe would stop updating Photo Shop Elements.

It is more than that. This edition is "special" because Adobe creates it just for Costco. It includes Costco in the options to upload for printing. If you purchase a regular version of Photoshop Elements somewhere else, when you go to upload your photos for printing, Costco won't be among the options available to you.
