All this video is saying is that things were done in a certain way in the past. The bit at the end is no more meaningful than seeing paterns in the stars, (a Pagan tradition).

What nation do you live in Frank? I am fortunate to live in a country where all these things are done. Well, almost all, we have to wait for all those folks who have lost their healthcare to select a new more expensive one when the website works! :-D
