Had my Granddaughter over and took a few shots. Had a play with this one. The second picture was done in camera but as there were 5 shot Erin moved a bit and was blurred so I put the front picture on in Photoshop. As this was my 1st try it was a bit light so a bit of PP work was done on the exposure and contrast. I know it would have been better on a plain backdrop but did not have much time. Any comments welcome. Erin tried to look serene hence no smile.

Halloween

The problem will be if she actually wants to look like that when she's a teenager. :D

Thank you Heirloom Tomato I have to work on my multi images as the test picture looks good and then when the camera has done its work they are over exposed and have to be altered. The front picture was the test one which I added due to Erin moving a bit. As winter is nearly upon us it is a good time to practice to get it correct.

Your work paid off. The image is very effective. I haven't got a clue how to do that. It's nice to see people doing things I have no idea how to create!

I have a Nikon D300 and you can set it to take up to 10 pictures on the same frame. You have 10 seconds to do the next picture or it will stop so you have to plan what you are doing (or trying to do) I tried it with two pictures when I got the camera using the example in my book and did not do any more. I had forgotten about it till we had an evening in the camera club having teams of 4 and using one camera to take pictures from 5 tables but only 10 mins at each table. There were about 4 objects on each table and we set up pictures. Darren our chairman mentioned the multiple exposure to me and we had a go. Thought I would practice with it hence the picture.

Wow, what a great built-in feature. I look forward to seeing more multiple exposure shots from you.
