You can use it as a micro-blog.
What is micro-blog? I don't ask so many question to show off or whatever. I ask because I don't know, don't understand, or my brain won't process it then. I just need to know......

It's a very tiny blog... :)
The 'My Pages' feature allows you to compose a page of whatever content you like and then make it available to other members of the UHH universe. Such as my "Lens Primer", noted below on my signature line, and one of the two pages listed in "User Pages" on my profile.
The difference between a user page and a regular thread or post in one of the categories is that it stays around, and all you need to do is direct people to it somehow.

And would there be any chance you'd be able to tell us other un-assimilated souls how to use, or where to learn how to use "tags" and put photos on those "My Pages"...?
Would appreciate it greatly...
Tom
I have snooped around there a little bit after being referred to someones page...maybe Jims maybe gessmans I have not found any use for it yet myself. My curiousity is in regards to the FEEDBACK % I have only seen ONE person who didnt have 0/0.0%
I have never tried to use it either. maybe it is like ebay feedback.

The tags you can use are what are called BBCode ('Bulletin Board') and are a tiny subset of HTML tags that have been around since Fred Flinstone days. It's difficult to show you how to do it in a reply like this because using the tag without any parameters really screws things up. But for example, to display an IMAGE, which you have hosted on some other site like Flickr or SmugMug or even the world-famouse "Hare-Net", jmhare.com, you use the IMG tag, around the fully qualified html URL of the image, for example, substituting a curly brace for the square brackets
{img}http://www.jmhare.com/misc_images/Brandywine Valley Scene.jpg{/img}gets you this, on the page:
http://www.jmhare.com/misc_images/Brandywine Valley Scene.jpg
Here are the BBCode pairs you can use:

Believe it or not, someone gave me a negative feedback for a purchase on the Buy/Sell board, but it wasn't me, and he never took the feedback off. So I have a -1 in my score..lol
You do it through the other person's profile. I just gave you some. :)
