Technical problem is correct...But a technical problem that is part of the implementation of the program. Part of how the government runs things.....This is, I believe, only scratching the surface of what we have in store. Many scholars are writing that this administration is one of the most corrupt ever and history will bear that out I believe. Benghazi, the Justice Department's Fast and Furious, putting a traitor in charge of the State Department. All foundations for additional problems. You are correct that all administrations have their scandals....to me this administration's problems and critics all boil down to one simple foundation. That is the true character of the man in office and his agenda. I see neither as a positive for the future of this nation or its people. And, Yes, those flaws cross party lines.
