These are some shots taken in the Finger Lakes region of NY state. I hope to get some more when the leaves are a little further changed. It's tough sometimes to get long exposures when the wind's moving leaves, but I prefer the look normally to short exposure, freeze action.
Very nice images; well done. I like the longer exposures, and would love to see them with the leaves changed.
My wife and I spent several days in the Finger Lakes area in July photographing waterfalls (she has been working in PA since last October and I went out to visit her), but don't remember whether we made it to Buttermilk Falls or not. (I actually haven't had time to process the images yet due to a house-building project.) We were disappointed with the low water flow at that time but had a great time and would like to go back sometime when there is more water flowing.
