Camera bags banned by NFL

I just read in the NY Times that any kind of carrying packs including camera bags are being banned from NFL games. I you want to bring anything to a game it has to be in a transparent plastic bag. Imagine carrying some extra lenses banging around in a plastic bag...now they are saying your camera bag could have a bomb in it. What is the world coming to?

Bit bloody stupid banning camera bags, though you can see their point it is YOUR safety after all, but then a terrorist could easily build a bomb into a camera and long lens

Well they banned binocular bags, camera bags, large purses, ( no mention of diaper bags yet ) whats next ? Everyone will be required to attend games nude or in a clear see thru plastic outfit.

None, take what you want, so many yobs/thugs go to our games there is too much trouble after to worry about what happens inside.
Over here they laughingly call them "fans", I would not set foot in a UK football match for fear of the trouble during or after

At the top in this country we have nothing but a bunch of incompetent idiots. All sitting behind desks in big plush easy chairs with nothing to do but make new rules and regulations.
It will get so bad we will not want to step out of our house and go somewhere in our computer run car. Then they will want to get into our home next and make it safer.
I have no interest in going to any of their games and support the millionaire owners and players.
