He has repeatedly confessed to killing the solders and why. He apparently wants to be executed. Since he has confessed, let him spend the rest of his life in prison instead of granting his wish. No trial needed!

In this country each of us has the right to a trial by jury. Are you seriously suggesting that this person be taken out and executed without one or was it just another one of your angry rants? Who gets to decide who is entitled to a trial by jury and who is denied one? You? Just because I want him to get a fair trial doesn't mean I'm sympathetic to him. I want to see him tried and executed based on the events. Your snide comments that I somehow support him are insulting and completely unwarranted. You either support the Constitution and the rights we all have under it, or you don't. You can't pick and choose who gets those rights.

If you truly believe that no trial is needed then you clearly don't believe in the principles on which this great nation is founded. if you can throw out the 6th Amendment so easily, don't complain when someone takes away your 1st and 2nd Amendment rights. While this guy is obviously guilty of mass murder, if you deny him his right to a trial, don't complain when the government throws you in jail for something you didn't do and denies you a trial. The reason our country has endured for 226 years is the adherence to a Constitution that protects us all.

Ballistics on this round are 1350 feet per second. Generously lubricated with the highest quality pork lard.

It will be much more entertaining than the gentle "POP" of a 22 LR.

Might I suggest 9.99 on PAY PER VIEW? Dallas Cowboy Stadium would fill with in hours once tickets become available.

Funds can be distributed to the victims and familes of those slaughtered

What you forgot with the .44 Magnum round, is the whole pigskin to bury him in, head down. Never get to "Paradise" that way.

If one pleads GUILTY a trial to determine guilt is redundant. Only in the death penalty case is a trial required. Pleading guilty to avoid the death penalty is common.

Would you have denied Timothy McVeigh his right to a trial before executing him? No pigskin needed in that case.

Yes I agree. But apparently some here want to skip that part and go directly to the execution. A slippery slope if there ever was one.

This guy is going to be freed because of his beard, profession and his wily way of getting into everyones head.

This should not be a work related crime. This is a military trial not a civilian court trial. He's insane, and knows how to manipulate the law to his advantage.

This is EH & BHO doing. The top brass of US military all retired after the 2nd term started for BHO.

Hold on to your lug nuts.

This guy will get his virgins when the time comes for him to commit his own undoing.

Do you have any clue what you are saying or do you just like to see your words in print. I could point out all the errors in your rant, but I don't think you'd get it. Thank God you're not in charge!

MW;

Tell you what; why don't you call CNBC or MSNBC and tell them what you want; why are telling me what you want? Quite frankly, MW, I couldn't possibly care less what you want. And I really don't see how you can accuse me "talking snide" to you, and I also don't understand why you are accusing me of saying that you support this terrorist.

As far as what you "want", or what I "want", I'm pretty sure that neither one of our "wants" is likely to make the slightest bit of difference as to what happens next; Based on what I'm hearing, I think there's a pretty safe bet that the terrorist dog isn't likely to live a whole lot longer.

It's certainly not a question of what I want or what you want. It never was. Its about the law and the Constitution, specifically the Bill of Rights. Based on your original post, you seemed to express the belief that we can and should bypass it. You might want to read the Bill of Rights and the uniform code of military justice with regard to this case. When it comes to understanding how the surviving victims and families of the terrorism at Ft. Hood feel, I probably have way more street creds than you since I was in the World Trade Center on September 11th. I got pelted and covered by tiny chunks of concrete and a thick layer of concrete dust and lost several friends that day. I know exactly how the surviving Ft. Hood victims and they're families feel.

Seems to me that his actions of being armed on a military base with a no personal arms allowed (stupid as it may seem) order, makes him liable as an enemy combatant...not justifiable as a workplace violence coddling charge, and open to swift military justice by an unbiased (if possible) military court martial.
B-O may be treating him with kid gloves, because he knows the workings of the muslim mind and is trying to forestall anything retaliatory...another wussy move, IMHO. The USA is really sucking hind teat thru this administration...guess golf and ten million $$$ vacations take precedent.

With a good Ham sandwich every day...no halal meal, or special dispensations, either, and just a five gallon paint bucket for personal use...sink, and fecal evacuation. Strip him naked, and let him live in solitary confinement for a long while. No light in the cell, and the constant playing 24 hours constantly of The Stars Spangled Banner. Include a few wharf rats for playmates...females so he can practice for his virgins...
