If prices seem too good to be true, then they are. There is always a catch with these super low priced vendors.

That's a great price. $ 300 less than Nikon allows their authorized dealers to sell it for. Keep us posted on how it works out. At that price they will sell out quickly as that's less than Nikon's employee purchase price.... :D :D :D
Oh and "Roll Tide"
It's a RIP OFF

Probably grey market, no battery, no charger, strap, cables - nothing but the body, and maybe not even that.
For a decent low price, get a refurbished one, or look on ebay for one with few shutter actuations.
Run Rolltide, run. The price is below Nikon's fair trade price which is an automatice signal that something is amiss with this deal. ;)
When you call in they will try to sell you a bunch of other stuff that is way overpriced. If you insist that you want the body only it will all of a sudden go on back order - forever. - Dave
Been there, done that! Don't be tempted. Especially if they don't have an address! Go with one of the reputable dealers, even if you pay extra.

I don't know about this outfit. I am very suspicious of low price online outfits. On the face of it I would not buy a very expensive item such as a camera from any one of them, just to risky. Regardless of anyones experience with a deep discount outfit I would only deal with an outfit like B&H. My advice is pay a 1 or 200 more. You will sleep better at night.

This spring I purchased a Nikon from AJRichie's, and it was the purchase from hell. I paid for fast shipping, which they ignored. A fast talking salesman phoned me, and talked me into a sweetheart deal for accessories, including a tripod (which was 3" tall, but he didn't say that!) and filters. Finally got the order via snail mail. I called to return the accessory kit that I shouldn't have purchased in the first place, was told I had to return the whole order, with a 15% restocking fee, then I could order just the camera from them (their policy stated that I couldn't keep the camera and return the others). When I called them (repeatedly), whomever I talked to wasn't interested in my order, he just wanted to get rid of me.
My advice - DON"T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!!
Hope this is helpful to you and others!

Not to be flip, but a local camera store or B&H (ever in NYC, go to the place--awesome!!)
