I made 1 suggestion to the Admin.

1. Make a gold membership. Charge $20 a year. Give people gold status under there name. Add 20-40% size to there posting photograph. Told him he does that I'm in. I don't really care about the gold under my name. I would like to post a little larger picture and not to include the download. He'd add about twenty thousand in extra revenue besides the pay click.

This one I did not make

2. Add Picture post in a PM reply. I communicate with several of the PHOTographers here and would like to send them something I don't want to post publicly.

And yes you can't prevent a picture from being downloaded. The good news is the resolution of the image makes it unmarketable.

True enough, I was trying to address the people who didn't want their images stolen. It seems to me today, that a lot of people won't spend money on content of any kind. Just look at the music and publishing industries. I would also like an option to organize what ever section your in by date, most popular, etc.

Forgive me if this was mentioned. What about a checkbox to disable the Choose File button when you create a topic? That would prevent people from uploading to your thread and would be a great deterrent for people not wanting edits or post on there thread.

I think Admin is giving you a line if they told you it's impossible. I have designed and published websites using simple programming software, and disabled right-click ability.

Was this website you designed a forum? The limiting factor is this forum is probably running on software that the admins cannot add features too...in that case "it's not possible".

What ads? oh... the banners, You actually pay attention to the banners?
...not to change the subject, I have played Quibids and a couple other penny sites, they are not a scam, they are a gamble, like going to Vegas, only the prize for 'winning' is an item, not cash.

These guys aren't charging us, and they have to make money on their investment somehow.

I know this is a bit rude but I would really like the option of blocking folks from my threads. Most everyone has been very very polite, but some peeps are mean and seem to like stirring things up. I dont like drama.

Someone in another thread mentioned having a dedicated software sub-forum, with child boards for the various major programs and maybe an 'others' or freeware/shareware.
