Bill hit the nail on the head with that one. Sometimes I disagree with his Catholic influenced, middle classed, white bread viewpoints, but this time he is right on. Many whites have similar problems although not as endemic. Current and previous generations of no parenting producing latch-key kids that grow up on the streets. It's of epidemic proportions.
