I am pro-gun, pro stand your ground, pro everything gun related, I'm a retired gunsmith, but unless I knew the circumstances I wouldn't shoot at someone turning around in my drive way! Now if they came toward my house started trying to get inside in a threating manner, then, well, they'd be subject to a hail of .40 S&Ws!
