Stand Your Ground does not allow for this kind of action against innocents. Impending harm to self or intended violent invasion of home (sometimes called the Castle Doctrine) was not verifiable by the shooter. Nobody left their vehicle to commit a crime. This woman should be jailed and not used as an example of a perfectly good law.

Why don't you look up this rather good law does and not whatever your challenged mind, and those equally limited, made up what it means?
It merely puts the onus of a confrontation onto the aggressor/criminal where it belongs. ie, if this criminal woman shoots at you for turning around in her driveway, you have a right to defend yourself, if needed. Without it she could sue you for defending yourself and or your family even though she was initially breaking every law the NRA upholds. It is to protect YOU! Unless you are committing a crime. Maybe that is the real issue with the libs- they view themselves as criminals!
Now how does that figure into the ridiculous meaning of this tripe? Or perhaps you want to know the price of tea in china.
