faces or use a reflector.
I think you're doing great Fairy Princess! My biggest advice would be to pay attention to light. Notice where the lights and shadows fall on your subject. Usually if a face has light falling on it, eyes get those pretty catch lights in it. If the sun is too bright, then find solid, open shade and still have your subject facing towards light, or use a reflector to bounce light. And beware of spotty shade--if half your subject is in the sun and half in the shade its very hard to expose and edit properly!
