You could have been elected POTUS or you could have given it a much better fight if you had actually been a constitutional conservative/tea party person....if you had an actual plan to keep the USA from being totally Islamic in 50-100 years....etc. We need leadership for a properly worded Constitutional admendment(s) that will (1) make Islam (and anything similar to it) not recognized as a religion or protected in any way under the U.S.Constitution and (2) make the political components of Islam (and anything similar to it) illegal and (3) doing whatever else it takes to win the political and legal battle against the fall of the USA to Islam before there is a bloody civil war with the socialist/Islamic Party, jihadists and the federal government on the same side. An alternative or concurrent plan would be for the individual states to also nullify unconstitutional federal law, whether the Supreme Court has declared it to be constitutional or not. The Constitution, not the Supreme Court, is the supreme law of the land.

I suggest you read the First Amendment.

Also I suggest you seek help from a professional because your paranoia is showing.

He must have read the First Amendment because he is excising this right to free speech. Islam is a religion. Muslims are race who practice Islam. Muslim countries governments are controlled by their religious beliefs and you want separation of church and state for Christians but not for Islam? Muslims would love to replace our Constitution with their Sharia law to govern us.

Now, I am open for a beating...

Freedom of Religion. It's not just for the ones you like.

Don't you mean "freedom from religion". Thats what I always hear coming from the left when christian religion is on topic.

P.S. I agree that the government should stay out of religion, so should religion stay out of government matters. Religion and Politics does not mix. I would no more want to be controlled by my own religion, much less someone else religion.

If you don't understand Islam, google/search for political Islam, jihadwatch, counter jihad or anti Islam to see what many non-Muslims have concluded about the ideology of Islam. To learn what Muslims want you to think about Islam, listen to them or google/search for "Islam". We are worse than fools if we do not use the Constitution to save the Constitution. There first admendment was not meant to be a tool for the surrender of the USA. We have the freedom and the tools to save the freedom which so many have fought and died for if we will only be brave enough to use them.

Bill,
Actually I suggest that you go back and study the Constitution again. You see if the Supreme Court declares something "Constitutional" then it is.
I hope you are not suggesting we throw out Freedom of Religion and if you are, what other freedoms are you willing to sacrifice in the name of the Constitution?
At this point I can see Jefferson rolling in his grave.

The colonies/states created the federal government as the central government with the constitution which was also a legal cage for the tiger known as the Federal Government. The federal government was the subject of the Constitution, not a party to its creation. It was not written by a king as a legal cage for his subjects. The Supreme Ct. gave itself the authority to decide the constitutionality of a law. I'll do some more reading iñ the Constitution (especially the tenth adm., sedition and the procedure to admend the Constitution, etc.) This may boil down to how bad the women of today want the women of 100 years from now to be raped and beaten by their husband, etc. ánd how men fare under Islam also.

Now, folks you need to pay attention to this poster...he represents a portion of the population in this country that is so mentally unstable, so sick in the head and heart that they will eventually adopt violence as a course of action. This is the type of person we should all fear. I expect that we will read supporting messages from certain members...remember who they are as ignorance and paranoia make for a dangerous combination.

Rixpix, I really hate to say this, but I agree with you to a certain extent, without the vituperation and frothing (also present in the OP). We should fear people that avow hatred for people based on their beliefs and suggest suspension of the constitution on that basis. But we also need to fear the godless barbarians that knock an honorable soldier down with their car, shout "Allah akhbar!" and hack off his head while asking the shocked onlookers to photograph them. Oh, if only each ofthe onlookers had had a Colt 1911 .45 Automatic!

Fear some times feeds stupidity .. Remember The China Great Wall? They built this thing called The Great Wall. Funny thing is the Wall lasted the idea on why it was build did not .. Lean to live with all, we have rules [ Constitution / Bill of Rights ] in this country already in place. Don't fear what may be in the shadows, because the monsters are already among us.

You are making untrue and unbased assumptions about me. Any responsible person would do more research/documentation before making such assumptions. There is however a term for people who believe there is any long term acceptable compatibilty between Constitutional Freedom and Islam. The term is "useful innocents". I am not saying the term applies to anyone; just food for thought. PEACE - the non- Islamic kind.
