If, as predicted, N K launches a face-saving missile while our Secretary of State visits Japan, do we currently have the anti-missile systems on site to reliably shoot that thing outta the sky? Would that not be just TOO swell?!

I heard the North Koreans could possibly "attach" a nuclear warhead to a missile.

Dang it, I thought there was an embargo on duct tape!

The duct tape is being smuggled in from Iran. The Iranians get it from China. It's not very good duct tape. I buy the same thing at Walmart and I'd be afraid to attached a nuclear warhead with it.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but I am familiar with the ordinance that squirrel in the picture is using. It has an effective range of only about 14 feet and is designed to fire shelled peanuts. It's used mostly for training purposes (in squirrel battalions).

Not to demean the fighting ability of the little buggers. They are quite tenacious and trained to go right for the nuts.

How accurate are these anti missile defences? I belive the Israelis only shot down 80% from Gaza. One getting through is all that is needed.

I think our capabilities are better than advertised. We don't usually send our cutting edge stuff out where the world can see and comment on it.
Remember we have taken out a satellite from a missile frigate several years ago.

The North Koreans are so ignorant, if they launch anything, it will probably come back and hit them.....
