Probably...We've used a D300s and a program called Tetherpro.
http://www.oxfordeye.co.uk/tetherPro/tetherpro.aspx
It's $25 at the moment.

I don't think the D200 is that much different.

The TetherPro site says it is, "Compatible with Windows 7(32/64), Vista (32/64), Windows XP, and All Nikon DSLRs (Except D3000/3100/3200)"

I have a nikon 200 and you have to purchase a camera control pro 2 in order to tether to a laptop....the 200 will not tether with out this software package.

Lightroom 4 does not support the D200.

Thanks. I'll look into this, however the D200 does not have Live View.

Thanks. I use Capture NX2 for editing. I'll see if that can be used.
