It was actually made in the Highways Dept. "sign shop" as a retirement gift. It was never intended to be posted. It lasted almost 3 months before it was ordered taken down.
I lost track of the original picture so could only post this rough copy but I did take the original myself.

If you're going to do portraits I recommend "Portrait Professional" It will take care of those rough spots.

[Sometimes over exposure can help hide background detail and adding a little warmth can make the subject pop.
