or should I just stick to flowers?
My kids last fall
my son always moving hard to photograph him
I know he's holding still :)
is the color ok or too yellowish or redish
they probably won't do this much longer :)
in the shadows and didn't own a speedlite then
natural light after a snow
we played with make-up, her dad didn't like it
:) Dad's usually DON'T "like makeup"... but it was soft and tastefully done in this case... and for the camera, too.
You've done a lovely, lovely job of the portraits of her, especially.
Further up in the set, you asked: "Is it too dark or yellowish"...etc.
I don't find the leaves scenes unpleasant in the least, but I DO think they are a teensy bit flat. I think that it would take minimal adjustment in PP to make them pop just enough.
Technically and aesthetically... this is a lovely series and "yes, you can do people, too!"
Lovely shots and kids! Keep it up!

Thanks Tilde for looking and the sweet comments. This one is out of the camera but I thought it was too yellow/green. these particular ones were with on camera flash too.
Well, she's too young for make-up but I did it so I thought it was done well. She loved it and couldn't wait for me to get a few pics! Her dad on the other hand could hardly look at her, told me I was messing with the baby
straight out of the camera

Thank You! I do find her much easier to photograph than him but she likes it and he says I take too many!
I would say you do people very nicely.
You can, you can, you can - great shots and I think you did a nice job with the poses as well. Great kids too to put up with Mom taking all those pictures and what lovely subjects to practice with. Hamming for the camera probably comes more natural for girls than boys- that is my experience anyway with my grandchildren.
I think they are great! I play around w my grandkids all the time, it is fun to see what I come up with!
