#1 & #3 are very nice captures of that beautiful young lady!
Not a fan of the 'blown out' background but the subject is VERY nicely exposed so it does work for these.

#2 just doesn't work for me. Too blown out and really takes too much away from her ID and beauty.

Is there a way you could recommend that I "fix" the Black and white one?

Is the original in color? If so, when converting to B&W it would take some work making sure not to get such high contrast which is what blows out the highlights and causes so much loss of detail.

If you upload the originals and click the "Store Original" box it would be easier to see what can be done andgive you ideas on how to accomplish it.

Again I think these are great shots..No.2 might be a little too High Key for me,but might be clients favorite!! Just make sure your skin work is not overboard, changing what everyone knows your client looks like! If its too much everyone immediately thinks "Airbrush" You want your client to look subtly better You want people thinking "Wow you look great" not "Wow.photographer did a lot of work on these"! Example..you wouldn't take a 90 year old person and take ALL the wrinkles out of their face..not natural!! I'm not saying these are overdone having never seen the girl, but some tend to do that! In the long run I think you are doing a FANTASTIC job!!

Very nice shots! You should have face her the other way for the B&W. Looks like the Sun was right in her face. Shadows are hard to get rid of in post.

I'm choosing number three all day, if I'm the client, and love you for it. Fabulous shot. Number one is good, but not in the same class as your third. Echoing everyone else, number two is pretty much a miss, but the concept isn't bad. I like her pose in that one, but the sun was not your friend.
