I had her posing in her bedroom. I only used the ceiling light and picked the angle I thought best. Thoughts?

she was lying in bed the only light there was was from her phone light down to the right of her. it was just a lucky shot with her. i did nit have her pose i saw the low light and all the other lights were out so i thought i would see what kind of a picture i would get. as an ameture i think its good but i know i need lots of inprovement.

so were would you put this reflector exactly. or how do you hold it. this seems like a great idea so i would like to use it. or try any ways.

This photo I took this photo inside at an f-stop of 5.6 and ISO 100.not sure if I am getting a good handle on the aperture verse the shutter speed. how could I improve this photo of my daughter laughing?

Yeah I know. but i was about 20 feet from them. i was affraid of them coming near me. but am so thrilled that i could get them in a photo from being so far away. great advice thank you

the camera was given to me. and I use to only use a point and shot disposable cameras but this digital thing is new. seems easy but i get confused about what aperture and ISO are sometimes i get them mixed up.

I am some what new to photography. I have always wanted to learn. And recently I was given a Kodak slr camera so I thought this would be the best time to learn. so teach me i am eager to learn and want to take the best photos i can with what i have available to me.. thanks
