If you haven’t done so, I would suggest a visit to Jose Rodriguez’s Youtube channel. You'll find lots of Pro 1000 advice there. Also consider joining his Facebook group, for more Pro 1000 talk.

It always takes at least two to fight. Why can't everyone just play in the same sandbox without a ruckus? It would help the atmosphere around here if personal comments could be conducted by private message.

My thoughts as well. They need to shut up and move on.

Philo, a little direction please. There are places named Safe Haven all over the country, mostly pet shelters and homeless shelters.

He's talking about this one.

I think it’s funny that a Russian curler gets busted for doping. Why would you need enhancement drugs for this sport?

Did some more research and come across this. When you compare the registration holes, it looks like the film is in fact 110.

The film is too large for 110, I think it could be APS film (Kodak Advanced Photo System) that was introduced in 1996.

Here’s a link to Kodak’s ID numbers, look up the number on the side of the film and let us know what you have.

Invest twenty dollars and get a copy of the Photographers Market, It will tell you if there’s any money in postcard photography. You might even discover another source that could use your photos.

Here's a link that shows the trigger voltage for most of the old flash units. Also have a look at the link in the second sentence.

I sure hope; those seeking advise on how to shoot the moon, will bypass the pro section. I enjoy reading some of the goofy suggestions that others come up with.

Since my purchase of a DJI Phantom drone I've wondered if I should invest in the time, energy and money to get a license.Yesterday, while researching the subject, I come across this article.

I would suggest that the OP and some others here brush on the use of histograms. Understanding how they work and what they should look like for a given scene makes them the on-site ace in the hole when it comes to metering.

The best reply so far. Why all the printer chatter when the OP hasn't even told you what is needed from the printer?

I played with the small file and come up with nothing to my liking. Then I wondered what an abstract might look like? Here is my rendition of the dune. you'll need to download the image to see it best.
