Thanks yall
sorry, I forgot to do download.
I thought cropping down would take away from the setting but I like cropping more most of the time
It was early morning light at a local pond. D500 and Sigma 150-600 sport. The light made his wings look silver. I loved the effect and the picture. A few minor adjustments but mostly original.
Nikon D500 with Sigma 150-600 sport. All other lenses work fine. This particular lens has a problem. When my settings are made and I compose my shot, the aperture goes to 0. If I use my lens hand and twist it to the right I'm able to get my original setting back. During that same time I'm also not able to focus.
No doubt someone has experienced this issue. Can I do something myself to fix the problem, or do I have to take it to get repaired? Thanks, I look forward to your feedback. Fred
That's the point I'm at right now. Using the XQD for test shots. So far its good. Definitely points to your thought of Operator error. Thanks for the tip
Thats a solid possibility Richard. Thanks for your input
Thanks everyone. All are possibilities. (Except for the lock on XQD card).
I put the card back in the camera and got the same response. No images on this card. I did have a SD in the other slot but they weren't on it. I will check windows. I didn't see anything download while I tried reading the card. Unfortunate but I may have a bad card. I'll use the SD for now. Thanks again
D500
Sony 120 professional XQD card.
I took a significant amount of wildlife photos yesterday at the lake. Ospreys, geese, ducks, etc.
The camera was recording. I previewed periodically for correct settings. When I put the card in the reader and USB port all images were gone.
I put the card back into the camera and confirmed the card was empty.
I'm wondering where and why they went away. Don't want a repeat of that. I was excited to see the shots I got. Thanks in advance to the expert Hoggers responses. I'm
Well I haven't had a Sony since the first Mavica that took a floppy disk. Yeah its been a while.
So I would do $375 and pay shipping if that offer works for you. Fred
I was curious an found that it is a great camera. My question is if Amazon, for example, sells the camera for $485. Is there something that would make this camera worth $425 used?
Not being sarcastic, just wondering. Thanks Fred
From the look on his face it must have been me.
Was there in the early 70's in the Army. We went for mountaineering. Went up in a glacier somewhere along there. Floated one day on my air mattress and got bad sunburn and water blisters. We hiked up to Hitlers retreat. Other than that we enjoyed the beauty exactly like you have shared. It did rain a lot that week. Would love to go back. Thanks for the beautiful pictures.
Was attempting to get a close up of the weeds when this guy popped up. I thought it was good timing and cute. Thanks for looking.
Nikon P1000 on close up mode.
It pseems like a fairly decent package. I'm not familiar with that camera. I know what I've read on Amazon. I need one] more to give a young lady who's graduating soon and wants to learn photography. Having said all that, will you consider $175 total? If so I'll send you a check. Thanks
Perfect series. Love it. Great photography. Thanks for sharing, downloads are so good
[quote=Fred Frank]Once again the responses on UHH, as always, are not ony informative, but edeucational. I have a D500 and love it. I haven't used a camera with a compact flash card in years.
Bought this D300 from a nice gentleman here on UHH with a good price. Gonna have some fun with it when I get my 32GB card tomorrow. Sometime later on I'll give it to one ov my grandkids.
Thanks again but dont go away, ill need y'all again one day..
