Thank you. I did visit the maritime museum. Fascinating place. The trolley museum was closed when I was there.

Neat! A lot of history i that stretch of river!
Thank you. You're right about the history on the river. I need to explore the area in more depth.

Excellent! I've taken that ride many times. Nice shots and captions!
Thank you. I will take the trip again. Perhaps in the fall when the leaves are turning?
I took a 2 hour boat trip from Kingston New York on June 29th. The tour began and ended in Kingston. The tour went south to about the Hyde Park area before returning to Kingston. Along the way, we passed several lighthouses as well as many stately mansions with beautiful views of the Hudson.
The weather was warm but cloudy at the start (11:30AM) but it did improve on the return to Kingston. All in all, it was a good day to be on the water.
I am new to this website and this is my first posting with photos. I am also retired and have recently developed an interest with photography although I have taken photos over the years. I recently bought a canon G3X camera which I enjoy taking photos with. All the photos are taken in the auto mode.
I know that I have much to learn in photography. I am eager to learn and the internet is full of some great info. Everything is so confusing to me. I will learn over time.
Constructive criticism is always welcome
Tour boat for the trip. Very comfortable.

First, congratulations on being cancer free. Keep up the good work on this point.
I too am relatively new to photography. I am learning and you are right, the internet is a wealth of information on photography but it's very confusing at times at least to me.
I have also learned to slow down in my life. I also think it's important to learn something new every day, no matter the subject.
Beautiful photos. I especially like the picture with the funicular overlooking the bridge.
I have been to Pittsburgh several times but only for weekend visits. It's a beautiful city and the view of the city at the confluence of the three rivers is magnificent.
Great job editing the picture. What photo editing app or program did you utilize to experience such a dramatic difference?
BTW, I also like the original photo.
I was lucky enough to go to the Talll Ships in Boston on Saturday, June 17th. I took a boat which is normally utilized for whale watching trips out of Gloucester. It was a cold and raw trip from Gloucester to Boston Harbor. It was also quite foggy in the morning but the fog partially lifted over time.
It was not a great day for photography. Howver, the thrill of watching the Tall ships parading into Boston Harbor was thrilling.
Beautiful photo. I stumbled onto Lake Moraine by accident during a visit to Banff in 2004.,stunning area of the Canadian Rockies.
Stunning photos. The last photo looks like a painting. Looks like Vermont in the fall.
The pictures of the lighthouse are wondership as well as the pictures of the bride and what I presume to be a mother and son dancing. Very touching.
Stunning pictures. The first photo is breathtaking!!!
