Just got new computer recently with Win7 pro
wanted to back-up some pictures to my external
hard drive, but, I'll be damed if I can figure out
how to send a Copy of pics to ext HD?
Or how to just make a copy of a picture for that matter?
It was simple in XT, just clicked on send a copy to.
As you can tell, I'm not terrible computer literate
Feel pretty stupid, there must be a very simple way, but there's no drop down menu with send copy
Anyone?
thanks
In what ways is it not a 'full' image editor?
What 'more capabilities' does Elements have
than Aftershot?
Anyone have experience with this newer Corel
program, formerly Bibble?
Sounds like the ideal and much cheaper
alternative to Photoshop.
I like Elements 10 which would be all I need
except for it's limited use in raw and 16bit
I want to retain the advantages of shooting
raw with my 5DMKII, would like to work in
16bit or better?
Sure if you got the money to burn.
Just hope you have things in the right perspective.
I decided to buy the 5DMKII 'kit'
over the 5DMKIII 'kit' and the
money I saved, bought me the 70-200f2.8 II L
I believe the most important part of your photo
equipment is the glass, in our case 'L glass'
For years since digital, Canon has been way ahead
of Nikon, recently the gap has narrowed, but that's
thanks to Sony!
At the heart of every DSLR camera is the sensor,
Canon has a Canon sensor at heart.
Nikon has Sony's sensor at heart!!??
I tell friends Canon is the best!
But to be fair and unbiased I tell them that Sony
is up and coming and may some day beat out
both Canon and Nikon.
I think your smart to hold tight till fall.
By then we should know about Canons next
generation sensors?
I understand that it is of benefit to shoot in raw+jpeg,
and I do with my 5DMKII
But, am I wasting my time with raw if I'm only using
Elements 10 to do my editing?
