On behalf of all these novice LR users who have asked over the years: please provide a screen print or clear description of the location or button or other mechanism in LR where the user performs the "save" action. You may know a lot ... but your comment shows you don't know this ....

Some folks really can't afford $10 a month even though it may seem like pocket change to many. That $10 a month could be going to pay for the camera.

When somebody asks about free software, that usually doesn't mean $25, $50, or even $10/month.
There is plenty of free software that will do everything that many owners of PhotoShop actually do. Photoshop is surely a great, useful, even necessary piece of software for some. For the rest it seems to be a badge of honor that doesn't shine any light on their work product.

Just sayin'

The Attic???? This was in response to where does tax money go. Does that seem like Attic BS to you?? I think you perhaps overreacted a bit.

Yankeepapa6 and SATS. I was trying for a bit of humor. The three of them appear to be eating lunch. All are looking in different directions, with serious expressions, and no apparent interactions. I thought that was interesting and tried to make a joke of it. I guess sometimes it doesn't work.

Oh no. It's not you. I guess it's all about street photography.

I hope I am in the right section. I uploaded/downloaded the new Lightroom in the cloud. In the older version, under File, you were able to export the picture and make a few changes and send it to where you wanted it to go.
For the life of me, I cannot find that option. Is it no longer available? How would you send pictures with copyright, size, and quality size?
Thank you for all your help.

Think about it, probably not any more than the smoke the electric power plant produces or burning fuel oil.

Can't argue with that. They may some sort of "scrubber" in the smokestack to remove some of the pollutions.

Having lived in NY, NJ and other lots of other states, I think we can attest to the fact that if the state treasury can suck money out of you, they will certainly do all they can to get last cent out of you.
Now the real question is: where is all that money going???

Think generational welfare and entitlement programs for the same family groups.

Need some help from you pros on what would be the best free download for post processing, can't afford photo shop. Thanks in advance for you recommendations.

I think Lightroom would be a better choice. However, you can get both Photoshop and Lightroom and all updates with tutorial help for $10.00 a month.

Galveston, Dickens... Actually, until we reach the end, all photos for the next week or so will be from the Dickens festival, even if it may not be obviously so. It is a great photo op.

I don't quite "get it"

At the price of wood around here I can't see how anyone is really saving money burning wood, unless they get the wood free and cut and haul thenselves.

Then the time to put all the wood in one place then bring it into your house put the wood in the stove then you have to clean out the ashes dispose of the ashes. Repeat the process how many times a day? Can the smoke from all these wood stoves be good for air quality?
