Do you use the more expensive Elite version or is the Essential version meeting your needs? DO you use it for basic corrections other than noise instead of Lightroom?

I was watching an old grainy interview with Ansel Adams. In his funny high pitched voice he said "bracketing is for people who don't know what they are doing". I guess I don't know what I'm doing.
Then I went to Antarctica and all the pros shot 5 brackets on most shots, even one who was a protégé of Ansel 35 years ago (Bill Neill).
It amuses me that if I shoot a 5 bracket shot that it takes 400 megabytes for one stinking image. I have more USB drives than I can count.

Nikon manuals stink. Get a highly regarded third party book specific to your camera. The guy who writes Bythom.com is a Nikon guru, don't know if he has one for your camera. For Nikon pro gear, owners of his books will never look in the manual.
