Something similar... but it was my credit card company who denied the charge for several hundred when my credit limit was way way above the limit with a zero balance. They apparently tried to contact me to verify the charge but for some reason we did not connect. I just reordered.

I have bought them for each of my Canons from a company in Hong Kong and they have performed quite nicely.

Could it be that the paper you inserted for the Lightroom print be wrong side up. Not many papers are dual side printable. Just a thought.

Several years ago I found Red River Paper and have used nothing else since in my Epson printer. They provide printer profiles for their different papers/printers. Also provide useful lists of interesting photographic sites on about a weekly basis. I am generally a matte paper person.

Very nice photograph. Makes you wonder what's on the other end. Where in Denison is this located?

Where did you find that price? I went to their site and it quotes $49.

Did you get the opportunity to visit the botanical gardens? We stopped in Wellington on a cruise around NZ several years ago and found it, and really the whole country, quite beautiful. We were there in February, which was summer there. A trip to remember. Thank you for kindling that memory. I would love to visit again.

Thank you for bringing Skyline Drive back to my memory. Had to be in the mid 60's when I was there. Was in the Army stationed at Arlington Hall Station, Va. on a whim we drove down near Front Royal, Va, and jumped on Skyline Drive. It was in the fall and the leaves were turning. We drove the area overlooking the Shanondoah Valley. My thoughts then were that that place must have been one of the most beautiful places on God's earth. Sorry to say that I was not that into photography at that stage of my life.

I have discovered since I started photography that patience is a virtue.

I guess I should add that I have no experience with Nikon as I shoot Canon, but do love the lens.

I shoot with this lens and I love it. A friend asked me to take a photograph of her carrying the U.S. flag while in a small parade. When I went to do so I was approximately 3 feet from her and she said stop and back up I want all me in the photo. I replied the ole "trust me" and a couple of days later gave her a print of all of her and old glory. I also use this lens for doing work for a realtor. Actually have 2 of this lens, one is for backup.

Wow! I really like, especially number 2. I have an early edition of Lensbaby lens and have not used in several years. These make me want to dig it out and give it another try. Thanks for posting.

I have a Tokina 11-14mm lens to shoot for one of the top Remax realtors in the Dallas area. We have been quite pleased with its performance.
