When it comes to weeds, I have an endless supply, but I have learned to love them.

I think you're on a roll. Posted on first try and two very nice photos, too.

Thanks very much C, but it wasn't the 1st try. First one had no photo, but it finally came back to me. Can't promise it will stick, though

Lovely shots. Come back and see us again. I think the mountains get prettier every year.

That's the problem I'm having with my Miata. I've never had more fun driving a car (and I've had a lot) as I do with this!! I look silly getting in and out of it though. So much enjoyment!! I'll "suffer" for a few more years. I'm 73. Maybe it's time to get a beemer convertible for me and Ava.

Sounds like a great idea, Papa. You're right about suffering through. Can't get the Beemer until I wear this one out, and with not driving it often I guess I'm stuck with it til I bite the dust

That car was Pontiac's greatest hour courtesy of Bob Lutz. I did not remember Saturn had a version of it. That was a beautiful, great ride.

Yes, Herford, a great car, but I'm getting too old to get in and out of it. Hubby is hurt that I don't drive it more often.

A grand old place. No hope of being restored?

NMGal, In the 20 years I've lived here, I've never seen even the smallest effort. Someone mows the grass and cleans up brush around it.

A different approach, but I like it, for some reason I can't really put my finger on right now. Maybe in the future.

Thanks, photog. I was going for an old look. It really is a fascinating place on a very busy corner of town, surrounded by booming businesses on all sides.

I'm not crazy about it. It was a trial of a new software. I attempted to tone it down but didn't want to eliminate it completely.

Last one tonight, I promise. I decided to give it one last effort. Sometimes photos I have applied treatments on don't translate so well on here. Anyway I've been watching this old place waste away, and never been able to get the story on it, even after living here 20 years.

Everyone has their favorite toys. Mine have 2 wheels instead of 4. It's always nice to combine favorite activities. I'm so glad you are posting again!!!

Dodie

Thank you Dodie. So nice to see some familiar folks still here.

My sister-in-law started begging for the Pontiac version, the Solstice, as soon as it came out.

My brother made it clear to her that if he bought her one, she would have to get a job. To make a long story short...she got both.

The Solstice was red.

Red!! I'm jealous!
