Interesting post. I'm glad that the US is predominately Christian instead of Muslim. If I needed a religion it would be a good choice.

How many Christians knew the tenets of Islam to save their lives at that school that had been attacked. Were there any atheist in the group?
When an atheist that do speak out, and there has been many, their throats are quickly cut.
Similar to the Inquisition, no?
Here's another one.......
Holy crap!....and I thought Rt 19 near Tampa was bad. Thanks for the post Gitz. Very interesting.

Wow, you are showing your hypocrisy once again, accusing me of dirty thinking yet it is you who is doing it......bravo! Again, show me where I have ever called you gay...
Don't think dirty guys and gals. It's a sin. God's reading your mind as you think and he's taking notes.

Maybe rock souls evolve into people souls, eventually or visa versa.
Maybe every time someone dies, a new big bang happens to create a new universe.
Maybe souls merge into oversouls... you know the reality is way cooler than anything we can imagine,
lol Insoles would be a concept I could stand on.

No, actually God does not!, expect you can do these 10 things. These reveal Gods righteous requirements, from his creation. This is why he sent his Son, to fulfill these for us. And to take the punishment we were due, so we could attain his righteousness by faith in his sacrifice.
On the cross he was made to pay for, and bear all of our Sin, and impute his righteousness to those who believe.
So much more than just being forgiven our sin by the shedding of his blood, we are saved by his life.

Steve, I respect your zealousness. It would, however, in posting such a comment that your greeting would be
I believe.... I believe you
implied that when you posted. It should be obvious to readers but it comes off as an arrogant statement which might not be the case. This applies to all of us. To come off as
knowing something that is not possible to
know is, well, silly. Rac and Rix have the same approach. Televangelist's claims that they
know make them incredible, to me anyway.
I don't believe in the Christian/Judeo concept of what god is, what happens after we die, etc. but I never claim emphatically that their (your) beliefs are untrue although I
believe them to be with some certainty. I don't
know, you don't
know. I never claim there is no god (supreme being) but that I
believe there is not. If theists and non-theists alike admitted that what they believe is just that then much of the ridicule on both sides of the argument could be avoided.

Good one Sarge, laughed out loud and had to call my bride in so she could read it as well.
Congratulations on your recent marriage. Good luck to you both.

I don't see how the Internet Type Foundry Index has anything to do with the topic.

So you consider Ronald Reagan a phony? Then who would be on your list of not phony?
I would guess Abe Lincoln, Harry Truman, Ike, (maybe Gerald Ford) and Jimmy Carter. I would expect, due to technological advancements(?), that we will witness the dirtiest, most mud-slinging and vicious presidential campaign in the history of our great nation. Can't wait. I love a good laugh.

Rac, you cannot debate with reprobates. They have no true sense of right and wrong, only what they deem right in their own eyes. The day is coming when God will deal with them, we dont have to.
If you want to discuss the Bible , and other Christian topics, find a board where there are other Christians to do it with. Lord knows!, they are hard enough to deal with. I was once told that I was insensitive and wrong, when I asked a person making posts about his spiritual condition, which were definitely very confused and confounded. If he was sure of his Salvation.
I was told that I should encourage him, no matter how far out in left field he is. Well you would have to have read his posts, but I can find no way to encourage a sinner to keep on sinning. And committing abominations, which some of his problems were. So be it; am I cruel for asking you, are you sure of your salvation?. Paul did it!.
Now if you can go on a Christian forum, and get racked out for asking such a question. That shows you can be abused elsewhere, you dont have to seek it here. We have given these people a stage to spew their anger, filth, and blasphemies from long enough, lets go and take some pictures. :)

Steve, I am very happy to know that you are
saved and will spend all of eternity in heaven palling around with Rac, Pepper, Bangee, Heart, Jesse Jackson, AL Sharpton, Peter Popoff, Jerry Falwell, Jimmy Swaggert, Pat Robertson, God the father, his son Jesus and let's not forget THE HOLY GHOST.
Your problem, as I see it, is you
believe in the teachings of Jesus however you don't seem to be interested in following his(His) example by living a Christ-like life. I don't think that Jesus would approach a non-Christian and call him or her a reprobate and idiot. If you have a desire to witness pagans and
spread the good news you should set a better example, don't you think?
