I am not sure that your original picture is really candidate for HDR processing. In fact I obtained all desirable results in DxO by using Clearview, microcontrast, vibrancy, and sharpening, plus a reduction of highlights and increase of shadows. The new version of DxO would allow some gradient on the sky and or the water.
Everything with a Pentax K-mount will work. For automated functions look for the DA series or their equivalent in the Sigma and Tokina brands. eBay is full of cheap lenses what work on your camera.

See in the attachment a list of monitors with following criteria: 27", non-glare, WQHD, 8-bit FRC/10 bit, loudspeakers, flicker-free, IPS, sRGB gamut, 350 candela, white LED backlight and no older than 2016.
Should be available in the $400 range. I personnally bought the Benq PD2700Q and am happy with it.
The essence of DxO is automatic optical correction based on the detected lens-body combination. IMHO still the best for that specific correction (as well as noise cancellation).
An excellent book is Michael Freeman's "Fifty Paths to Creative Photography". One of the "paths" is actually to forget rules (aka golden ratio, thirds, etc). You may also look at Harald Mante's "Photography unplugged".

Another free system is faststone. Not as sophisticated a Gimp but much easier to use. Affinity $50 is as good as photoshop.
I'd also suggest Serif Affinity. As comprehensive as PS and intuitive.
The EU can't put her in prison, as there is no EU judiciary power...She is suspected of felony, what does this have to do with press freedom?
Never heard of Marie LePenn. There is an alt right candidate named Marine Le Pen.
Pentax was acquired by Ricoh a couple of years back and is in recovery mode. They can't serve all photo segments yet, especially not the low-end, low-margin plasticy stuff sold at Walmart or Target or even Costco. They also need to catch up on lens development. It's not a Marketing issue but the limited capital expenditures. The recently announced KP SLR is a nice addition with a unique combination of Features, as does the full-frame Body.
BTW, was the Oklahoma guy a muslim???
Advantage of LED/continuous light is that you see what you get. Look at Amaran Aputure on amazon.
