Yet another uninformed post.
Here are a few of Barack Obama's accomplishments:

- Wound down the Iraq war.
- Transitioned focus to Afghanistan war.
- Oversaw location and execution of Al Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden.
- Eliminated funding limitations on embryonic stem cell research.
- Appointed significant numbers of women and minorities to leading roles in the executive and legislative branch.
- Championed loans that saved the American auto industry.
- Championed economic recovery plans that facilitated recovery from a major recession. America recovered much more quickly than the EU, which followed an austerity policy that was basically the reverse of Obama's plan.
- Cut unemployment by half from 2009 to 2017.
- Repealed "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" act (which was actually very progressive and forward-looking when enacted in the 90's but the country had moved forward enough to be ready for the next step).
- Pushed an energy agenda that has radically reduced America's imports of foreign oil and turned America into a much more globally significant energy producer.
- Pursued international diplomacy and restored goodwill throughout much of the world that America had lost during the Bush administration.
- Took a very politically difficult tougher stand against Israel's ongoing subjugation of occupied Palestine.
- Negotiated a decade-long cessation of Iran's not-so-secret nuclear weapons program.
- Made a significant beginning towards normalizing relations with Cuba.
- Made America part of a significant multinational effort to slow down global warming.
