To date nothing trump has done is worse than obama's emasculation of our military. under obama our navvy was reduced to WW1 levels. The air force was reduced to pre WW2 levels. Most of our aircraft are older than the pilots who fly them. The best fighter jet in our inventory the f22 raptor was taken out of production. The army has been reduced, we are no longer capable of sustaining a long trerm major ground conflict. We no longer have the strength to fight a 2 theater war. The numbver 1 priority of any president is the protection of the people. That means a capable armed services. Obama failed to maintain a valid military.Everything else pales by comparison.

Could you tell us how many fewer drones, tomahawk missiles, smart bombs and delivery systems, advanced submarines, nuclear capabilities,communications and in general the advanced technology we have as well? Neither Afghanistan or Iraq were major conflicts. Nukes are only to be used as a very last resort, we won the war in europe without them, because we out produced our enemies. We no longer have the kind of manufacturing capability that we did in ww2. Tday we do not have the men or material to wage that kind of action. It doesn't take any military expertise to understand that our current military is woefully under staffed and under supplied.
