I agree. The whole thing is a tragedy. One thing I have never understood is why so many people hate Bill Cosby but love Bill Clinton. There doesn't seem to be much difference in their off-camera lives. It is also interesting how each woman stayed with her guy.

Huh, I thought Clinton just lied to Congress about where his dick had been (was it really any of Congresses business?), not drugged and raped women.

What I want to know is why so many people tolerate the molester-in-chief in the white house.

Color. It caused a civil war. It caused slavery. It caused hatred and murder and lynching and road rage. I am what Malcom called a "blue eyed devil" but I must say that there will be a lot of pissed off people around when they find out God is black.

No sweetie...you're off by just a little...

Black And Female

won't THAT piss off a few people...

Perhaps they should be encouraged to get closer to the bears. And the Hippos and Cape Buffalo.

Unfortunately, somebody would wind up shooting the bear....

My favorite was #1

Love the oil painting feel to all of them, but #1 stopped me in my tracks. Just gorgeous.

I loked at the link. Here's what I saw:
Aperature f6.3

Iso 320 (rather an odd setting, but maybe it's a miss-print and it should be 3200 )

Shutter speed 1/30

In other words, he slowed down the shutter speed a little to get the look of the water that he wanted.

In bright sunlight you can use an nd (neutral density) filter to be able to use wide and slow settings. You probably know that, but I didn't until just recently.

Great shot . Excellent idea to analyze pictures you like and try to reproduce them to learn about the camera .

I resent your attitude using the phrase "cheap bastard" -- that makes you an extravagent "son of a bitch" who knows little about money and it's history. It is this attitude that sets up the public to get gouged by unscrupalas predators.

Huh? Have a little hidden anger do we?

I shot this timed exposure at F4.5, ISO 100, for 13 seconds (approximately), and I did the post processing in Luminar 2018 (cropped) and slight adjustment. This is the first timed exposre I have done and thought perhaps you could give me some feedback..

I've been doing some long exposures with my SL1 and just found out that the exposure time shows a count-down on the live-view screen. ( I've only had the camera for three years. ) I have one photo with an exposure of 68 seconds. I knew I wanted to do a long exposure so I was trying to count down the seconds in my head ( One 100 two 100, three 100) then I happened to look at the back of the camera and realized the camera was showing the seconds for me. πŸ™‡πŸΌ

The center of the photo appears to be sharp but the sides are a little blurred . I wonder what would happen if you increased your f-stop to F8?
