I have the TOKINA 11-16mm 2.8 and love it. Very sharp. Don't use it all the time but for certain landscape photos its been great. Very happy I purchased it about 1 yr ago.
I just received my new 150mm sigma macro. Been snapping with it a couple of days now and it seems none of my pics are really in focus. Tried manual focus and auto but the pics are soft. Have a Nikon D-300 ; Sigma 150mm micro with image stabalization. Any suggestions what I might be doing wrong or what ideas might make pics better?
Sepia for sure. Love the look.
I think #2 should be done in B&W.
thanks for the offer. Sold this lens yesterday. Nikon mount
Looking to sell this lens, going to purchase a sigma 150mm macro to replace it. Excellent condition. Make an offer
I'm thinking about buying the Sigma 150mm macro for some close ups of insects and small critters. I also want to use this lens for a medium tele. I know the reviews on this lens have been really good but would really like some input from my hedgehog friends. I have a Nikon D300. Any advice/comments would be greatly appreciated.
Set camera on shutter priority, speed at 500, iso around 300 and you can't miss. I do some gocart races and set my nikon up this way and have not missed a shot.. Also be sure to set camera on continuous capture.
New snow on the ground here in NH, planning on going out for a little hike and snapping to capture the beauty
Love to photograph old cemetery's (1600 thru 1800). Lots of history. So I guess thats what I'll be doing
