Hi. Often but not always when I am done working on an image in PS6 and save it to the desktop (Windows 7) it appears on the desktop as a white sheet of paper with the top right corner folded down. When I drag & drop it back into cs6 it says "not a recognizable image". If I drag it into PAINTSHOP 6 it opens and the will save to the desktop as a jpeg, which is how I thought I had saved it originally in CS6. Thanks

I had the 17-70 lens for about a year and a half . After minimal use it came apart while focusing. I sent it to sigma for a repair estimate. They told it had been discontinued and offered tosell me a 17-50 for $379. I'm staying with Nikon from now on.

If you have a flash where the head can be set at a 45 degree angle place a reflector on the top so one of the light goes forward to fill undereye shadows. A 3x5 card held with a rubber band works well to hold the card on. Shoot in program mode for speed. The idea is to get the shot quickly ith the highest chance of success. This has worked well for me. Over 1000 weddings photographed internationally over 40 years. Good luck!

I've been a working pro for 40 years. Of course bigger sensor is better. Of course multiple lenses are better. On a whim I bought a Panasonic ZS 40 at Costco for $249 as a pocket toy. It has a 24-720mm (equiv) zoom & all the bells @ whistles I could want & I make 11x14 and sometmes 16x20 regularly for Philadelphia Photographic Society, The Sketch Club, DaVinci Art Alliance and others and no one has pointed a finger at me and laughed when I enter competitions with images from this camera - I sometimes even medal! I do use Genuine Fractals to "upsize". The other cameras mentioned are all great. You really can't make a mistake but $249!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have fun shopping.

They really don't need any help, but I have used "haze" in Topaz Camera Effects and it really gives just the right of "pop" to images. Very subtle, but I use it on almost all of my portraits. Worth a try.

I have been thinking about this camera and the Leica V-Lux. Same reach, Leica much lighter. Has anyone tried both? Thanks.

My first thought is trick photography. Then I remembered seeing him live on TV. He is a sorcerer!

Per my guy at the Warrington PA store. NO photo centers are closing! To much negative (get it?) feedback from customers.

An additional fact. My uncle never discussed the operation until the documentary was released. His wife of 75 years never knew about it. I asked him why he never told anyone and he simply said "it was a secret".

You might also want to look up "The Ghost Army" - fascinating!!!!! The group was "Task Force Mason" and my uncle Bernie Mason was the leader. He is now 95 & sharper that I, his nephew, is! Great documentary on PBS. Until recently it was still top secret in case we would have to do it again.

In 1986 I photographed the wedding of one of the world's most popular singing and movie stars in Europe. Where we would usually write the contract, she her attorneys) wrote it. It referred to my not divulging any info or images using phrases like "forever in perpetuity in the universe". As you can see, I still honor it!

Thanks. I have not compared the same printed image straight or upsized. If you prove to be correct, what is the point of genuine fractals or their equals?
