On a separate but related issue, I ask Trix if the Samsung T7 can interface with a USB 3.0 PORT.
Thank you.

I know I'm not TRIX, but YES the T7 that I was looking at on B&H 2TB for $165 does. Best of luck.

I have both a Samsung T5 and T7 for many years. Both excellent. B&H has the 2TB version of the T7 on sale right now for $165. Best of luck.

I carry a Model 1911 .45 ACP! Don't know if that would be considered unusual??

I agree with AzPicLady. Unless you have the printer and knowledge to do this, outsource. There are too many good national compies to mention them all. AdaromaPix, WHCC, Millers, Bay Photo to name just a few others. If your looking for good quality, don't price shop. Best of luck.

What CHG_CANON said. Sounds to me like you have a computer issue, but you gave us no information to assist you. Best of luck.

I would suggest that you look into Samsung T7 or T9, which are available from B&H for as low as $165 right now for the 2 TB version. I have both a T5 and a T7 which I have used for tethered shooting for more than a few years. Very reliable. Best of luck.

IFFY?

IFFY, in this case, means sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The version of Apple's OS, the version of LrC and the camera firmware play a role. If anything is changed, this will, sometimes, stop working/not work. You know IFFY! Best of luck.

If you are using a MacBook the problem is likely with the operating system; this is a known issue. I had this same problem just a couple of weeks ago. I've since had updates to the OS and was just able to connect a Z7ii although LR had to be relaunched in rosetta mode. You might want to check and see if you have the latest version of software and firmware for you computer and camera. The following links may also be of some help. The second link covers a workaround for the OS until the camera manufacturers catch up with firmware updates. I did not try it myself but would have had I a real need.

Good luck, resolving these problems is part of the fun (if it can be made to work).

The LATEST version of the Apple OS is 14.3.1! This issue has been IFFY for quite sometime. Best of luck!

For further help, please provide more information. Versions of ALL software involved (including OS). What Platform. What camera firmware? Type of cable? Connected to what port on camera? On computer? Best of luck.

My personal choice is LrC and i's Denoise function. Cost me nothing extra and does a FANTASTIC job. All my PP is done on my Mac Studio Ultra which is extremely fast. Best of luck.

FWIW, I use Black Rapid and/or Peak Design camera straps depending on my mission. Best of luck.

Not sure why you can't look through the viewfinder with the 70-200. I've been using that lens for yers and have had no problem. I suggest you practice and I suspect you will become accustomed to it. Am I missing something? Best of luck.

No issues with updating to 14.3.1. In fact I have never experienced any issues with upgrading any of my OS machines be it laptop, mini, iPad, airpods or even the Ultra 2 watch.

Good luck...

I'm guessing you don't really use too many of the features. Most recently tethering a Nikon Z8 or Z9 using a Mac AND Adobe LrC has not been a lot of fun. Other than that, I have seen no issues as I have my new MacBook Air M2 using it and my Studio 1 version back, to be upgraded within the hour. Best of luck.

Check out the various straps and connectors made by Peak Design, Black Rapid and Op Tech. All are good if they are designed to fit your particular needs and camera/lens size and weight. For me the key is to shift the weight to your shoulders and body away from your neck. I have straps from all three companies.

I agree completely with this. I would also suggest not using ONLY the tripod hole but also using a safety strap (Black Rapid has these). I realize these may be more expensive but I would never trust my gear to a cheaply made strap. Best of luck.

The answer depends heavily on the situation, however I agree with RG. Start by selecting the camera's native ISO, if at all possible. I prefer to shoot with the lowest practical ISO. Best of luck.
