That's just darned scary!!

I had to look at both of these for a bit to see that there is a very LARGE mama there ... I thought that baby was perched on a rock :)

There were several other small ones swimming and on shore. Mama's usually become aggressive if you get to close. Thanks for lookin'

In another post someone mentioned taking photos of no subject to capture the lighting. I do this as well, frequently. I also utilize the effect on some of my photos as shown. C & C welcome.

Hello All.

I've recently had a serious problem with CR2 (RAW) files from my Canon 5D Mark II. Take a look at the images attached.
I've troubleshot everything I can think of.
. Checked computer - not an issue with graphics card.
. Used new, formatted 16GB SanDisk card
. Downloaded directly from 5DMII
. Reinstalled the software (CS6 Photoshop)
. Updated the software plug-in for Photoshop CS6
. Reinstalled firmware for the camera

Now, this is happening quite often. It started out only a few here and there, and now it's quite frequent.

Any suggestions? Anyone had this problem before?

In a jam as I can't put my camera in the shop. Only alternative is to use my Olympus E500 and even though it's a great camera, it's still not the camera the Canon is.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

David Neeley
Hello All. br br I've recently had a serious prob... (show quote)

Had the same thing happen to me with my 5d Mkii. Tried different cards with same result I had bought a USB 3.0 card reader a few months ago for faster upload and it turned out to be the culprit. Went back to my old 2.0 reader and it read all the files even ones that appeared damaged. I did have to delete them from LightRoom so they would upload second go around.n Hope this helps.

Very nice. I would brighten them a little.

Can't resist; If all those are growing in your Dell it might be time to open the case and clean it!

Spring is bustin' out! Very breezy, so had to try for high shutter speed.

Thought it was an attaactive price for a new lens. It appears to be grey market however with one year seller warranty.
