I spotted these on a local Community College campus and just had to snap them. Yeh, I know, some fool parked a car in my photo. Enjoy Cliff

Just a little higher please
Thanks Sarge that really brightens my day. That ranks right upm there with the guy who gets a phonecall from God with similar questions and he comes up with a bunch lame excuses as to why he hasn't been to church recently, etc. It can be Googled ,The Phone Call From God, and you get the story. Already had my coffee and have had my morning walk...TFS Cliff
Thanks for looking RE. In the last few years they have built a new museum in honor of the Sea Bees, must go sometime to check it out. Cliff
Thanks for looking guys. I get by there once or twice a year and the base keeps changing.....Cliff

On my back porch. The stringy stuff is her web. Did I really get that close? Yes, a macro but she did not seem to me being this close.
Pentax K7 w/Sigma 28-80mm..TFL Cliff
Great capture Jimmy. Were you able to free him from the fishing line? TFS Cliff
Thanks for looking and commenting guys.........Cliff
Wallking dog early one morning and saw this GBH at waters edge. The closer I got the more nervous he became with a final liftoff followed by 3 BIF captures,
Pentax K7, Tamron LD 70-300. Pic was taken in auto. When walking dog, I almost always shoot in auto as most often it is ohn handed shooting. Enjoy Cliff
You captured the essence of just what this raptor represents to most Americans and specifically this retired veteran . Thank you so very much for sharing....Cliff
Just signed up in June after seeing this site a couple of times. Bought my Spotmatic 1969 in Sasebo Japan on the local economy after converting $120.00 mps to Yen to make the purchase. I have had a series of Pentax K mounts and a couple of Optios and some digital P&S along the way. 1st DSLR was a K2000 followed by my present K7. WR is great! My go-to lens is the DA 18-135 wr and a Tamron 70-300 for the long lens. Yup I guess I am a dedicated Pentax shooter. Cliff
