Welcome to the UHH. Nice shot!
Welcome to the UHH. I also shot with Nikon, but have a windows computer. I use the Nikon software as I am new to post processing. It seems to be ok for me for now.
Yeah we'll have to set something up.
I agree with the high costs of vehicle repairs. I, like you have been working on my own vehicles since I was young. I am in the process of building my 47 Ford business man's coupes into a street rod. Unfortunately the house I now live in doesn't have a garage, so that is next on the list so I can continue building the car.
I've used Direct Tire, great people to deal with. Only complaint is that do not do front end alignments.
Welcome Geoff and welcome to the forum. I look forward to your expertise. I shoot Nikon with a D5500, but am fairly new to the DSLR world. Had many years shooting film with Pentax (3ME Supers).
Hello Adamo and welcome to the forum.
Hi Gavin and welcome to the forum from near by South Carolina. Maybe sometime we can plan an outing to take in some nature. I also shoot Nikon (D5500)
Welcome to the UHH. Looking forward to seeing some of your work.
Your right. It didn't look super to me when I was taking them. I was more experimenting with the lens combo. Unfortunately where I was there was no background to show contrast.
Here are some of my pictures of the super moon last night.
Camera is a Nikon D5500. First picture was with the Nikkor lens and a 2X converter with auto focus. The next 3 were taken with the same camera, but I used my Tokina 400 mm lens from my Pentax film cameras. I used a Kiron 2X converter on the lens, then a Fotodiox to go from Pentax mount to Nikon mojnt, and then the Tamron 2X converter for Nikon. They rig was mounted on a tripod for the shots. All shots with the Pentax lens were manual focus. They did look better on the camera screen than they did on the big screen.
