BINGO! You nailed it Art. All fixed. Thanks so much. Embarrassed now because I should have realized that myself.

I may have changed a setting while following some tutorials a few days ago.

I am no longer able to resize my images properly. It's turning into a long rectangle instead of a smaller version of the original image. I will include the screenshot and then the result.
I wonder if someone can figure out what I may have done to cause this. The last tutorial was on upsizing if that helps you.

I hope someone can help me solve this.

I have a couple others, but this one is my favorite Taylor, an old 614ce. That’s Glen Campbell playing it.

Rab-Eye: Glen Campbell? How awesome that you got to sit with him.

Another uke player here. I started 3 and a 1/2 years ago on a whim. I have 3 now but my Martin Soprano is my favorite. Making music is so much fun.

Thanks Jerry. Good to hear. Maybe some of us from Long Island Strummers will show up next year.
And thanks for the link full of photos.

I play uke as well and I was wondering how the fest was. Have you been there before. 5 or so from my uke club went to the one in Ashoken in May. The accommodations sounded a bit to rustic for me so I didn’t go.

I want to try before I buy and compare to Photomatix but the trial version won’t open any files. Has anyone used the trial successfully?

I am with the OP. We've been to the gardens already. Doing Ocean Point area this morning. A local suggested Rockport or Belfast but just looking for a photographers take on that. Looking for interesting piers, wharfs, scenic spots.

I was there in July 2 years ago and found the tripod very useful. Go ahead and take it.

Mark I had the same results on my Sony mirrorless in September or so after a windy visit to the beach. And I have successfully cleaned my Nikon sensor several times the past few years. Whatever I did just made it worse. A local camera shop advised me to send it out for repair. He was sure I ruined the sensor. I did not. Sony cleaned it for free and all it cost me was shipping. And returned to me in 6 days completely perfect!

Send it out to whoever services your brand. I am sure it will be fine.

I second the Acratech head. I had 2 others before it and this one is forever. It holds position well, the ball rotates easily and makes for flexible positioning of the camera.

i had a similar issue with my mirrorless sensor. No idea what crud got on it but I was not able to clean it. I took it to a local camera shop and their sensor cleaner was unsuccessful as well. His conclusion was it needed a to be replaced. I sent it off for repair and to my surprise they cleaned it and no replacement was needed. I hope you have the same luck.
