Nice juxtaposition of image of the photographer at work vs the product. Cool idea for a topic. And that tiger …. WOW!

Sandy Hook National Seashore is close to you. You will find ocean, bay, very old lighthouse, wildlife and an old military fort. If you go, don’t miss the sunset near the ferry stop. You can easily spend a day exploring.

I don't know if they are planning to fix the buildings where the roofs are collapsed; but I did see People working on the roofs where it seems the building might be salvageable. That is a good sign to me. These buildings are so interesting, it would be a shame to just let them crumble. Thanks for taking a look.

I believe those buildings were officer’s quarters. Some, if not all, were available for long-term lease. At least two were rehabbed. My family rented one unit thru Airbnb shortly after the pandemic. It was the perfect Covid vacation, isolated and near enough for us to drive. The lighthouse, birds and sunsets over the bay also provided many photo opportunities.

Sometimes, though, I find a need to put the camera down and enjoy the moment.

Blue, for sure, and cold if it was taken this morning. Nice one.

Can anyone recommend a .bf file reader to open NIK with? I'm a bit of a PC numpty so don't dive into things I can't undo easily - and I don't recall an issue when I first had this suite on a previous computer.

I open the Nik suite directly from Affinity. Affinity has instructions to help you set it up as an external filter. It was fairly straightforward with Mac.

I lost mine to, know idea why. I used it occasionally so I'll look for it again.
But if someone finds it first can they post a link?

Sort of related - I use AFFINITY 2 these days, does anyone know if it will work with AFFINITIY?

It does, albeit with a few glitches in Viveza and the hdr module.

Thanks for the info and link. I downloaded the app and spent about an hour trying to learn it. It seems very rich in features but I foresee a steep learning curve. Can you recommend a tutorial?
