Such happy colors after mostly gray and drizzle for the previous couple of weeks! (amendment: these were shot on Friday. This morning - Sunday - it's 40 and raining...heading to much colder by Tuesday!)

Canon SX50, shot in raw. Edits in PSE 12, Nik Collection, Topaz Simplify.

Thanks for viewing!

Ansel Adams modified his photos with exposure, dodging, burning , and a bushel of other tricks. This is photographic art. Digital art is when you take a photo and change it to something else.

I've become disabled and my mobility is poor. Because of that my photography has gone off on a tangent. As you can see, it's become heavily digitally modified.

Would you call this photography or digital art? I've built up a portfolio of this sort, and am not sure how to market it.

Why support a prayer house, when you can pray anywhere ? Why support a person, whom you don't need to tell you how, or when to pray ? Who needs fine clothes to feel good about ones self ? I know enough about religion to know that, for 30 years, "My church", considered me a bastard, because my mother was divorced ( a sin) and my parents weren't married in her faith (a sin). I tried other religion, but found out I was eternally damned, if I didn't change my evil ways. Which included every thing except sleeping and praying. Even erotic dreams were a sign of godlessness. So don't say I know nothing of religion, and don't tell me that it's not like that, in "Your" religion. Been there, tried that, didn't like it.

I believe in God but I do not have a special place to pray to him. Most all Christians pray where ever they are moved to pray. What is a prayer house? If you mean a church building, how else can we support it? Ask for a government hand-out? Like any other building, a church has up keep. No one tells you how to pray. You pray as your conscience and the Spirit moves you to pray. Church has turned into a business? If you don't know how to run a business then you won't know how to run a church. Those who oppose organized religion prefer dis-organized religion, I would guess. Haven't figured out what every one who opposes organized religion thinks religion is suppose to be. If you don't have an organized life then your life must be a mess. Same with your religion. If you are watching others in church to see what they are doing, then it is you who is there for the wrong reason. People dress up to feel good about themselves. Nothing wrong with that. Do you think God would be better impressed if you come to church in your housecoat and slippers? I can see by your post that you know nothing about religion. You aren't here to be a part of God's plan but to mock God and religion.

Sony discontinued SONICSTAGE in 2013. That is why it does is not supported in WIN7 and later versions. You better keep a good backup, because you will no longer be able to download it from their site. You really cannot blame MS for not supporting discontinued programs.

If you believe in God, why do you have to have a special place to pray to Him. Why do you have to pay (Tithe), for a prayer house, and someone to tell you how to pray ? It seems that organized religion has turned into business, with the eye on the bottom line. Most of the people I know who go to church, dress up. Who are they trying to impress, God or the other people in church ?

I use an IBM laptop with XP to store tunes, with a program called Sonic Stage. The program won't work with Win7, so I keep the IBM around just for music. I have to be connected to the Internet, so I can connect with "Gracenotes", which helps to ID the CD's I use. Up until about the middle of October, I got the "Windows XP will no longer be supported,etc.". When I logged on to Chrome yesterday to convert CD's to mp3, I didn't get the notice. When I shut down, I got "Downloading updates, do not turn off computer". Took about 20 min. to finish. Wonder where these updates came from ?
